I tried putting a forward dated entry in (to announce/advertise my birthday party see here, but it also stuffed up subsequent posts so I'm putting in (after fixing things, sorta)this one to point back at my answers to th questions meme posted a while ago

A good evening out

with the boys. Played pool drank a little, talked shite.
And sometime during the evening I managed to lose two games of pool (15-ball variety) by sinking the black 8-ball straight off the break.
Humiliating and impressive all at the same time. I generally don't completely suck (my maternal grandmother had a 3/4 snooker table and we always played when we visited.
