Twas the season for weddings

Ty diddly, ty di.

And it's now over. and I'm back.

(Never noticed you were away I hear some of you mutter), well that's true. I am rather lax with the writing and the contacting.

Anyway. I'm wedding'd out, I'm also drived out and mildly peopled out, whihc bodes not so well for my roleplaying group how will be turning up in about 45 minutes.

But hey. I'm not lots vindictive. They just won't get their items and stuff tonight.

So last weekend was almost entirely a wedding (which started with a staff christmas party) and so was very long and very neat.

This weekend was also almost entirely wedding, if you count getting there and getting back, which I do.

On saturday awaoke early grabbed by prepacked bags and shot off down to the airport to pick up ladythumper who I was accompanying to this wedding (in Levin) and then southward we headed. Food, conversation, music listening occurred as well as multiple stops for touristy photography. After a bit over 9 hours we got into Levin, checked in and after meeting some other who were attending the wedding including msbratty a small crisis became known. micheinnz who I was hoping to see for teh first time in 4 years was stranded at Wellington airport. but this got resolved after much phoning and arranging of emergency plans (thanks whitsunday). Then dinner, conversation (some drunken) and bed (accompanied for the first time in a while.
