Days of Thunder, Days of Rain
Sep. 2nd, 2003 11:15 amToday is proving to be a fitting continuation of an, ..., interesting, ... weekend.
Party of Saturday night which was good (but somehow left me feeling like there could/should be something more) and Saturday leading up to it was productive (if a little hectic as I was pulling together the production of neat embroidered shirts for the party).
Then Sunday was a little hungover and a lot tired and a lot of roleplaying and a de stress evening with early to bed and good sleep (even awoke early and chipperish Monday morning) but still not excellent. Work proved to be also unsatisfying despite plenty to do.
More roleplaying last night. Stuff got done but mainly by others. Then again was enjoyable yet tiring.
Seems to sum me up at the moment. I feel horribly out of phase with work, life, friends, stuff.
I feel serisouly overdue for a major change and yet I've (carefully and with foreknowledge) tiedmyself into some long term situations that mean that sort of thing isn't easy.
Mope, mope, mope.
Three feet on a rope.
Tug and pull, directions all.
unhappy and yet I'll cope.
