Wednesday morning (possibly forever even)

This mornings posting is brought to you by the twin vampires of apathy and self-loathing, newly dragged into the light of the moon by conversations with not dead people.
I have a plan. It's not a good plan or even much of a plan but it is a plan.

I did say it wasn't much of a plan.

But hopefully now that the evils are revealed I will be able to stake them.

Listening to the rain and the wind and wishing both were a little louder.
Not stronger per se, just more impinging on my consciousness.

Tonight turned into an introspective evening, letting myself enjoy cooking slightly differently for just me (which means make a normal meal and then stick half in the fridge for tomorrow) and then have a movie interrupted by some gmaing and an early night.

I feel good this evening, and I know why too. I got in a solid 3 hours of real, honest-to-goodness programming this afternoon at work and that always puts me in a happy mood.

My big problem is I'm not so good at finding or defining a problem, but once someone's outlined a problem to me, boy can I make a computer do the computable bits.

Anyway, smiling Struan is heading for a comfy bed, warmth, listening to the weather rage (more rage please) and a nice book.
