And thinking does appear to be my problem right now.
If I do too much of it then my brain hurts. And standing up appears to require thinking.
Brain hurts. :-)
I've been investigating exercise devices. I think I've found the style of device I want (my primary criteria are somthing non-impact that I can use while watching TV as I figure a Buffy episode is about the right length for a good cardio session).
However funds being tight equals can't have now which doesn't jiove with my "Now!" personality.
Looking into cheaper options
