neongraalSo this tuesday, I survive being the only person at work, Go an listne to a nice talk about stuff I'm not allowed to talk about for a few months (signed an NDA) then went along to Pub Quiz night at Mad Dogs and Englishmen at St Lukes.
This is the event that I forgot about last week, and so I got suitably ribbed about it this week as well as being relegated to the "second" team. We acquitted ourselves admirably (coming 6th equal out of lots (maybe 20 maybe more) of teams). The "other" team came third and so, for the second week running, won themselves a small bar tab.
Then home and some COH. My second character made level 6 and thus gets to pick up a movement power. This time I took Hover, which is the precursor to Fly (Whee!)
Then to bed freezing and it took ages to warm up before I fell asleep. This morning it's g**d*** cold too.
